Ivan, thank you very much for such a lovely and memorable experience for my proposal shoot. It was a complete surprise and I am still over the moon. I could not have wished for a better photographer to capture such a big moment for me. The photos are beautiful and those moments will always be cherished. I felt comfortable and natural during the shoot! I highly recommend you to all partners planning a surprise proposal for their fiancé’s to be. All the best and I hope to see you again soon Ivan.  

Ivan captured the moment that my now fiancé asked me to marry him at the beautiful Cap Rocat. The experience was perfect, he allowed us time to take in the special moment and used his expertise to ensure that we had a range of photographs! ” The thing with wedding photographers is that you don’t really know what you are getting until after the event. So for us, it was most important to feel a connection with the person who would be capturing moments of our special day. Ivan was recommended to us by our wedding singer whom we had known from back home. We absolutley trusted her judgement but wanted to get to know him first. We sent him an email and got a prompt response suggesting to schedule a sykpe date. And the story began….
Talking to Ivan over skype made us feel as if he was really present. We got to know each other a bit, made a few jokes and connected immediately. After talking business we made a date prior to our wedding for our engagement photo session which was the first time we actually met in person. Después de varios trabajos realizados con Iván, es fácil decir que es una persona que se preocupa por sus clientes, y los detalles lo verifican (siempre tiene alguna sorpresa preparada para ti). Varios trabajos en diferentes momentos y ves la evolución de alguien que está en constante formación. A nivel profesional es fácil entender que su trabajo está cuidado, además de la seriedad con el cumplimiento de las fechas programadas. A nivel personal, persona cercana que hace fácil lo que no creías, con un gran sentido del humor para que te relajes durante la sesión, como un amigo de toda la vida. Cuando el trato es humano a nivel fotográfico eso se nota, y es lo que consigue Iván, que sientas la calidez y la comodidad para poder estar relajado y disfrutando del proceso. Las cosas mejor que sean fáciles.  

Ivan ha sido muy atencioso en el día de la boda. Las fotos quedarán un espectáculo y seguro que no podría pedir alguien mejor para registrar este momento especial. We booked Ivan very spontaneously to take pictures of our team event that we could use for branding and advertising. He worked very quickly but still thoroughly and we had a lot of fun! We received a great mixture of typically “professional” but also some more relaxed and fun pictures. We would hire him again anytime!

We used van Pomposo Photography & Design for a corporate event spanning 3 days in Palma in October. The event included a welcome dinner deception, an outdoor casual lunch and a black-tie awards gala. Ivan was quick to identify who our VIP’s and spouses were and to understand their personal photograph preferences (for example not drinking or holding a glass of alcohol).
He captured wonderful candid’s of individuals and small groups throughout our event and did a great job of getting a full group shot at lunch.
Ivan was a pleasure to be around and to work with. Timely in all communication, prompt to each event and returned beautiful photos quickly after each event.
He is a consummate professional, a perfectionist in his work and I would recommend him for any corporate or social event.
