Hello! I am Ivan Pomposo, a devoted photographer based in the incredible Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands in Spain. My journey behind the lens has been one of passion, and the art of encapsulating emotions in pixels.
I come from Bilbao in the Basque Country and fell in love with Mallorca.
Born and raised in the enchanting Basque Country, my path led me to the beautiful Mallorca in 1999. What started as a quest for employment unfolded into a story far more profound — with love, family, and an unwavering connection to this island haven.
Life gave me the opportunity of meeting the incredible Isabel during my very first job on the island. With time, our relation blossomed into a marriage that continues to be my greatest source of joy. As we navigate life’s ocean together, we’re blessed to share our voyage with our delightful twins, Iker and Ainhoa. And recently, Emi, a joyful Labrador, joined our crew, adding her wagging tail and infectious energy to our mornings as we explore the world before dawn.
I have been a professional photography since 2007, my lens has become a storyteller, capturing emotions and moments that stand the test of time. There’s an unspoken magic in documenting these unforgettable days — a chance to share in the laughter, the tears, and the heartwarming connections that unfold against the backdrop of love.
